The first business
Swwapnil Chaudhari is a first-generation entrepreneur. In August 2019, banks in Pune would not extend business credit to him — no collateral, no track record. So he started Fraxotic Vending Machines on a ₹1 lakh loan, taken out on a personal credit card.
Today Fraxotic is a multi-crore business. Hundreds of vending machines are placed with corporates, government offices, and colleges across India. The company is mostly automated now. More at fraxotic.com.
Building with AI agents
Since February 2026, Swwapnil builds software by directing AI coding agents as his engineering team. He is not technical, and says so plainly. Production software shipped solo in six months — built by describing the problem and reviewing the output, not by writing the code himself.
